Wellbeing Planning & Risk Management: Contribute to and implement Wellbeing Support Plans (WSPs) and Level 2 Risk Assessments (2RAs), working collaboratively with staff, parents and external professionals to maximise impact. Crisis & Behaviour Support: Provide on-call support throughout the school day, manage escalating behaviours (including restrictive physical intervention where required), and facilitate post-incident debriefs. Communication & Record Keeping: Maintain clear, timely communication with parents, carers and multi-agency professionals, and accurately record behaviour and safeguarding concerns using school systems. Curriculum Access & Inclusion: Enable pupils to access learning by updating visual supports, adapting environments and ensuring spaces are physically and visually accessible. Outreach & Off-Site Support: Deliver interventions as part of outreach programmes and support educational visits, including completing and adhering to risk assessments.
