Communicate regularly with colleagues, care staff and families to ensure a consistent and joined-up approach to education and support. Liaise with other departments to ensure continuity and consistency across all aspects of students' education and care. Keep up to date with developments in Maths, SEN practice and wider educational approaches. Implement all relevant education policies and procedures consistently.
