Provide pastoral support and promote pupil well-being. Help manage classroom behaviour and assist with classroom organisation. Requirements Fluency in Welsh is essential for this role. Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant (or similar role) is desirable, but not essential. Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) preferred but not essential. Enthusiastic, patient, and caring approach to supporting pupils. Ability to work effectively within a team and independently. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
