You will take responsibility for: Making high volumes of outbound sales calls to business customers Identifying new business opportunities and generating sales Building rapport and developing long-term customer relationships Managing the sales process from initial contact through to completion Achieving individual sales targets and KPIs Maintaining accurate customer records and CRM updates Working as part of a motivated and competitive sales team What you need It is ESSENTIAL for the successful candidate to have the following: Previous experience within a sales or target-driven environment Excellent communication and negotiation skills Confidence working in a high-volume outbound sales role Self-motivation and resilience Ability to work from the Sheffield office five days per week Other DESIRABLE skills include: Previous energy or utility sales experience Merchant services or POS sales experience Business-to-business (B2B) sales experience Contact centre or outbound telesales experience Strong objection handling and closing skills Candidates from other sales backgrounds will also be considered if they can demonstrate a strong track record of working towards targets.
