Prepare quotations, process orders and ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process. Negotiate pricing and maximise commercial opportunities. THE PERSON You'll have experience in a Business Development, Sales or Account Management role, such as Business Development Executive, Internal Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, Internal Sales Executive, Internal Sales Manager, Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Commercial Executive, Commercial Account Manager, Business Development Consultant or a similar position. Confident building relationships over the phone and developing long-term customer partnerships. A proactive, driven salesperson who enjoys identifying opportunities and winning new business. Comfortable managing a mix of existing accounts while bringing on new customers. Strong communication, organisation and negotiation skills. Happy working in a fully office-based role as part of a close-knit team. Experience within construction, builders' merchants, industrial supplies or manufacturing would be advantageous, but full product training will be provided, so industry experience isn't essential.
