The ideal candidate will be degree qualified, ideally to a postgraduate level, have industry experience across the Food, Hospitality, and Culinary sectors, and preferably have sustained teaching experience within the HE field. The candidate will be required to teach practical and theory subjects in areas such as Food Service and Restaurant Management, Hospitality Operations Management, Food and Beverage Operations, Employability Skills, and Entrepreneurism, as well as providing outstanding tutoring and pastoral support to diverse and ambitious student cohorts.
