MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY The central focus of your role will be fundraising from trusts and foundations and individual donors. This will include prospect research, developing compelling cases for support, preparing high-quality funding applications and reports as well as managing relationships with existing funders to ensure excellent stewardship and long-term partnership. You will also play an active role in identifying and cultivating new individual supporters, helping to build a pipeline of prospective donors through research, engagement activity and thoughtful relationship management. Ensure that all required standards and ratios are always maintained within the room. Assist the nursery with the organisation of and attend parents meetings as required. Assist the preparation of the nursery for Ofsted inspections and action any recommendations made by the Inspector, in consultation with the Nursery Manager. What can we offer you?
