Your Role EF Oxford Brookes Summer School is searching for an energetic and organised individual to join our team as Academic Manager this summer. This is the perfect opportunity to develop your managerial skills whilst gaining experience within an international company. We have openings for onsite live in roles at our EF summer camp in the world famous Oxford! This role is available for 8 10 weeks during June, July & August 2026. You'll be working with the school management team and your teachers to deliver an exceptional programme for our students. This means ensuring the students have a smooth experience from being placed in a group at the best level with the right teacher through engaging classes to their unforgettable graduation. Your aim will be to ensure the quality of our academic provision to build students' confidence in actively using the language in the classroom and beyond. You'll be supporting the teachers as they plan for lessons, tracking attendance and ensuring the academic facilities and materials are in good order, observing lessons and providing feedback. We'll expect you to be the academic face of the school visible to and available for students, working closely with the Centre Manager and Activities Manager to ensure that teams work together producing a seamless summer for our students. Responsibilities Working with the summer management team to deliver an exceptional experience to our students, you will have the overall responsibility for the academic programme in your school You will schedule all classes, including students and rooms, using our computer systems You will be responsible for a team of 20+ teachers. Supporting them to ensure all lessons are delivered to exceptional standards.
