Your primary mission is to ensure that the quality of education across the school is consistently high. You will lead the development of our teaching staff, oversee the curriculum implementation, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The focus for this role will be in supporting teaching and learning. You will also be responsible for the curriculum and student progress in one year group. In addition, to lead a specific strand of the Academy Development Plan.
