What we need from you Essential: Proven experience managing high-performing teams in a public engagement environment - i.e. Sales or Fundraising/Retail Valid drivers licence and be able to reach the aforementioned locations without the use of public transport Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities. Confidence in giving and receiving feedback constructively. Understanding of leadership frameworks such as SMART objectives, situational leadership, and root cause analysis.
