About Warden AI Warden AI helps HR Tech vendors, staffing firms, and employers prove and improve the fairness, accuracy, and compliance of their AI hiring systems. In a fast-changing regulatory environment, organizations need a trusted partner to validate their AI, and Warden is quickly becoming the default solution. In 2025, Warden grew from 4 to 40 customers. In 2026, we've already more than doubled ARR and are growing faster every quarter. That growth is driven not just by market demand, but by something rarer: a genuine network effect. Customers want to promote working with Warden because it helps them win their own deals. About The Role We are hiring a Full-stack Product Engineer to help build and evolve the core product experiences of Warden's AI assurance platform. The role spans frontend product development and backend services, turning complex analytical and audit workflows into clear, reliable software that customers can trust. You will join an existing engineering team and report to the CTO, working closely with product, data, and customer-facing teams. A strong candidate will bring a solid background in TypeScript and React, helping strengthen the team's full-stack product development capabilities, particularly across TypeScript, React, and Next.js, while contributing to backend systems in Python. Your work will have visible impact on product quality, usability, and reliability across the platform. As one of our early product engineering hires, you will help shape how this role grows over time and take on more responsibility across product development as we scale. What You'll Do Here are a few examples of things you might be working on: Build end-to-end product features, e.g. design and implement new dashboards, workflows, and UI components that help customers understand and act on AI audit results Lead on frontend experiences, e.g. develop polished, accessible interfaces, working closely with product and design to get details right Contribute to backend services, e.g. extend services that power audits, reports, and internal tooling, and wire them cleanly into the frontend Translate product requirements into working software, e.g. break down loosely defined problems, propose pragmatic solutions, and iterate quickly based on feedback Improve product quality and reliability, e.g. fix bugs, reduce edge cases, improve performance, and strengthen type safety and test coverage Collaborate cross-functionally, e.g. work closely with data scientists, solutions engineers, and founders to ship features that solve real customer problems Continuously improve the codebase, e.g. refactor areas you touch, improve developer ergonomics, and contribute to shared patterns and conventions What you should bring A self-starting, get-it-done attitude. You're comfortable with ambiguity, take ownership, and move from idea to working software without needing constant direction Strong TypeScript and React experience. You've shipped real, user-facing features and care about code quality, usability, and maintainability. Experience with Next.js is a plus Full-stack mindset. You're happy

Our Practice Solutions team leads the Firm's innovation initiatives, supporting our lawyers in client delivery excellence. The team has deep expertise in working with established and emerging technologies, data analytics and data science, knowledge solutions and process re engineering. The Practice Solutions team works with our lawyers to identify innovative solutions to support our clients. Through fostering a Firmwide culture of innovation, we encourage our lawyers to think creatively about how to deliver the best value to our clients and we ensure that White & Case remains at the forefront of advancements in the legal industry. Position Summary We are looking for a Legal Knowledge Engineer to help ensure we drive value from the systems that hold, classify and surface our knowledge. You will use AI to enhance the firm's knowledge, and onboard teams to the firm's knowledge systems. In practice this makes the role part builder, part governor and part translator: building the classification and metadata that make content usable, governing the quality of that work as it scales across teams, and translating what fee earners need into changes the firm's knowledge and AI systems can actually deliver. This role requires a dual skillset. It calls for someone comfortable working hands on with taxonomies, metadata and AI tooling, but equally comfortable working with lawyers to understand how they work and where knowledge is created, lost or duplicated. The firm is consolidating its knowledge estate and connecting that knowledge to the tools lawyers use day to day - this role is central to making that happen. The White and Case knowledge strategy rests on four pillars: clean data, a single system, governed AI assets, and a culture of sharing. Our Legal Knowledge Engineer is the operational role that carries much of that work into individual practices. You will support the implementation of the firm's strategic knowledge system, partnering with PSLs/Knowledge Lawyers and supporting roles to drive value from our knowledge. A primary focus will be on automated classification at scale, the classification playbook resourcing model, and onboarding teams to the new systems. Duties And Responsibilities Classification, Metadata and Enrichment (Pillar: Clean Up Data) Build classification capabilities for teams that need significant support, taking a lead role in their design and working directly with lawyers to validate outputs before they are relied upon Provide a governance layer over classification work carried out by PSLs and other domain experts, so that skills are built consistently, produce good results, and are measured properly rather than assumed to work. Design and run classification at scale so the firm can handle the large majority of tagging and profiling centrally, with domain experts validating the output rather than manually re-profiling document by document. Use AI to enhance the firm's knowledge: reducing the burden of long classification forms, producing draft profiles for PSL review, and enriching content with the metadata that makes it findable and useful. Define practice specific metadata with each team, including their legal topics, document types and the data points that matter to how they practise. Bring rigour to how classification quality is assessed, including the use of gold sets, calibration and review feedback loops, so confidence in a skill's output is earned from evidence rather than asserted. Requirements and Practice Engagement (Pillar: Single System) Work with fee earners and practice groups to understand their knowledge requirements across content, features and data, ensuring those needs inform the firm's knowledge strategy and system development. Act as a point of contact for those who need help leveraging knowledge, supporting them and building up their skills so the firm's classification and curation capacity grows rather than staying concentrated in one place. Interface with Practice Solutions teams to identify where knowledge can be captured or consumed within the tools and workflows those teams own. AI Assets and Downstream Systems (Pillar: Govern AI Assets) Govern the firm's AI assets, including prompts, workflows and skills, so they are portable and vendor agnostic, able to be shared and moved between systems rather than locked into a single platform. Work with downstream systems that consume knowledge, to operationalise the connection of the firm's knowledge into the tools where lawyers do their work. Help ground the output of AI tools in the firm's approved knowledge, so that what they produce reflects firm precedent rather than generic suggestions. Onboarding, Adoption and Culture (Pillar: Build Culture) Onboard teams onto the firm's knowledge systems, helping them get their content, metadata and system configuration into good shape. Work with the Change Management team so that the communications and messaging around onboarding are clear and land with the people they are aimed at. Support efforts to instil a knowledge sharing culture, addressing not just whether people can share knowledge but whether they actually do. Part of this role is helping make knowledge contribution worthwhile and its value visible. Deploy strategies to capture relevant usage and content metrics to drive the firm's knowledge strategy forward. Work with the firm's search tooling at a tactical and feature level to make sure the firm is getting the most out of what it has bought. Look at how lawyers work in iManage and find the points where knowledge sharing and data capture can happen naturally, as a by product of normal work rather than a separate task. Experimentation and Staying Ahead Run experiments on how the firm classifies know how and final work at scale, and turn what is learned into concrete proposals for what to try next. Maintain a working view of where knowledge tooling is heading, including knowledge graphs, retrieval based approaches and the emerging patterns for structuring knowledge so it can be used by machines as well as people, and judge what is worth bringing into the firm's approach. Qualifications You bring a background in knowledge or legal experience, with real technical fluency; or a technical or data background, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholders. Comfortable working with structured knowledge, including taxonomies, metadata schemes and document classification, and an understanding of why getting these right matters. Practical fluency with current AI tooling, including prompts, skills style reusable instructions and classification approaches, and enough understanding of how these behave to judge when output can be trusted. The ability to work directly and credibly with lawyers, drawing out how a team practises and what it needs without requiring them to speak in systems terms. Strong stakeholder engagement across a range of audiences, from individual PSLs to practice group leadership and technology teams. An instinct for measurement and evidence, rather than a willingness to assume that a system works because it was built. Curiosity about where the field is going and the discipline to turn that curiosity into things the firm can try. Legal practice experience is an advantage but not a strict requirement for a candidate strong on the technical and engagement sides. Equally, deep KM experience without any technical confidence is unlikely to be enough on its own, given how much of the role involves building and judging AI driven classification. Location This role is based in London. Our standard office hours are 09:30-18:00, with a requirement for 4 days (Monday - Thursday) in the office per week. Firm Benefits We offer a flexible range of benefits, services, and programmes designed to help support your lifestyle requirements. Some of the benefits currently available include: Private medical insurance Pension plan with matched employer contribution up to 7.5% Yearly wellbeing fund Income protection Life insurance Critical Illness insurance Private GP services Travel insurance Dental coverage Cycle to work Holiday purchase (available during annual enrolment) This role reports to Associate Director, Knowledge Solutions Equal Opportunities White & Case is committed to creating a fair workplace. It is our Firm's policy to recruit, employ, train, compensate, and promote without regard to race, religion, creed, national origin, age, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, military or veteran status, disability, genetic information, or any other category protected by applicable law. If you require assistance and/or adjustment to participate in our application and/or interview process, please email us. We will be happy to work with you. Are you looking for a role that keeps you close to tax while moving you into AI, technology and workflow transformation? Do you want to help professional services firms and in-house tax teams redesign and scale how tax work gets done? About Our Team LexisNexis Legal & Professional, which serves customers in more than 150 countries with 11,800 employees worldwide, is part of RELX, a global provider of informationbased analytics and decision tools for professional and business customers. Our company has been a long-time leader in deploying AI and advanced technologies to the legal market to improve productivity and transform the overall business and practice of law, deploying ethical and powerful generative AI solutions with a flexible, multi-model approach that prioritises using the best model from today's top model creators for each individual legal use case. The company employs over 2,000 technologists, data scientists, and experts to develop, test, and validate solutions in line with RELX Responsible AI Principles. About The Role At LexisNexis Legal & Professional, we help legal and tax professionals, businesses and institutions make better decisions, move faster and work with greater confidence. In the UK, our specialist tax brand, Tolley, provides trusted tax information, practical guidance and professional training. We're looking for a Tax Engineer to help shape a new category of AI-enabled tax work. This is a role for someone who understands tax deeply, enjoys working with customers, and is excited by the opportunity to turn complex professional workflows into practical, scalable technology. You'll work closely with tax teams in professional services firms and in-house organisations to understand how tax work really gets done: the decisions, the judgement calls, the review steps, the handoffs and the pain points. Then you'll help design, configure and launch AI-enabled workflows that make that work faster, more consistent and easier to scale. You will build trusted relationships with stakeholders ranging from individual tax practitioners through to Tax Partners, Heads of Tax, Tax Directors and firm owners, as well as Knowledge Management, Innovation, Operations and Technology teams. You will use workflow adoption and usage data to identify barriers and expansion opportunities, demonstrate measurable customer value, and take ownership of progressing customers from initial engagement and activation through to sustained workflow usage across teams and tax disciplines. You'll partner with Customer Success, Account Management, Tolley Product Development and Tax technical content teams to turn customer needs into working solutions. You'll also play an important role in helping us learn from the field: identifying repeatable patterns, surfacing product opportunities and shaping how AI-enabled tax workflows evolve. Responsibilities Drive awareness, adoption and expansion of custom workflows across customer organisations, building the engagement and senior sponsorship needed to achieve sustained usage across teams and tax disciplines. Own customer workflow adoption for the workflows you help identify, design and deploy, against defined targets, including customer engagement, workflow activation, deployment volume and ongoing usage. Lead workflow discovery and design sessions with customers, analysing existing tax processes, identifying pain points and decision points, and determining where AI, automation and human judgement can be combined to improve how the work is delivered. Work with Customer Success and Account Management to identify priority accounts and build structured workflow adoption and expansion plans. Use workflow activation, deployment and usage data to identify adoption barriers, expansion opportunities and customer interventions. Design, configure, test and deploy AI-enabled workflows and skills that are practical, accurate and usable in day-to-day tax work. Lead customer and executive conversations that demonstrate value, build momentum and support broader adoption. Act as the voice of the customer, translating feedback, requirements and adoption barriers into actionable insights for Product and Development teams. Capture and share best practices, workflow patterns and reusable solutions across customers and internal teams. Requirements Professional qualification in tax or accountancy (e.g. CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent), ideally with 3+ years' post-qualification experience gained within a Big Four or leading mid-tier accountancy/professional services firm, or a major in-house tax team. Deep understanding of tax processes and workflows across one or more tax disciplines, with the ability to identify where technology and AI-enabled workflows can improve how tax work is delivered. Demonstrable experience of working directly with customers or senior stakeholders to drive engagement, adoption or change, with confidence influencing stakeholders up to Partner, Head of Tax or firm-owner level. Strong consulting, facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to proactively lead customer conversations, uncover high-value use cases and translate business problems into practical workflow solutions. Commercially and outcome focused, with the ability to work against defined adoption and usage targets, use customer and product data to identify opportunities, and take ownership for progressing customers from initial engagement through to sustained workflow usage and expansion. Strong aptitude for tax technology, AI and workflow transformation, with practical experience using generative AI or AI-enabled tools and the ability to become highly proficient in configuring, testing and deploying AI-enabled workflows and skills using the platform. Excellent relationship building and change management skills, with the ability to mobilise different stakeholder groups within a customer organisation and help embed new ways of working into day to day tax practice. A collaborative and continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to identify reusable workflow patterns, share best practice and translate customer feedback and adoption barriers into actionable insights for Product and Development teams. Success in this Role Success in this role is measured by the adoption and sustained use of Tolley+ Protégé and workflows across customer organisations. Successful Tax Engineers consistently engage priority customers, enable workflow capabilities within customer accounts, identify and deploy high value workflows, and increase their active usage of Tolley+ Protégé across relevant teams and tax disciplines. They are able to take an ambiguous or manual tax process, understand how it works, turn it into a practical AI enabled workflow, and see that workflow adopted and delivering measurable value in a real customer environment. How Performance Will Be Measured Includes number of customers actively engaged; number of customer accounts enabled for Tolley+ Protégé and workflows; workflow usage and sustained adoption within customer organisations; expansion of successful workflows across additional teams, users and tax disciplines; evidence of measurable customer value and outcomes. Work in a Way That Works for You We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation. We offer an appealing working prospect for our people. Octopus Energy Generation (OEGEN) is a leader in sourcing, investing in, and managing a wide range of utility-scale renewable energy assets. As we continue to expand our investment base, we are dedicated to building a diverse team that reflects the communities we serve. Currently, we manage a global portfolio of over £8 billion in renewable energy assets. We are committed to delivering best-in-class responsible investment activity, offering like-minded investors the means and products to invest their capital sustainably. It is our ambition to change the entire energy lifecycle and make every green electron matter, delivering the best outcomes for customers, investors, the environment and society, accelerating the transition to net zero. OEGEN Data, Tech & Transformation Team We are embarking on a comprehensive transformation program designed to drive significant advancements in our business operations and technology landscape. Our primary goal is to transition from our current reliance on legacy systems and specialized off-the-shelf tools to a more integrated, AI-driven, and data-centric operational model. Leveraging insights and guidance from our other technically mature entities like Kraken and OE, we plan to adopt cutting-edge tools and capabilities, particularly in AI and Python-driven solutions. By investing in a diverse range of skills, we aim to create a hybrid team capable of operating in both our legacy and future environments, ultimately transforming OEGEN into an efficient, data-driven organization. About the role The tools are already here. Like the rest of OE Group, OEGEN runs on Databricks, we're moving onto our own Microsoft 365 tenant, and Octopus Energy Group gives us access to a powerful set of shared data and AI capabilities. What we're missing is someone whose job is to make all of it work together for our Fund Management business - and then build genuinely useful things on top of it. This is a two-sided role. On one side, you'll integrate: wiring third-party systems, internal apps and document storage into the environment we already have, setting sensible guardrails around access and cost, and adopting existing Group capability wherever it does the job rather than rebuilding it. On the other, you'll build: turning those connections into data products, internal tools and AI-enabled workflows that fund management, asset management and finance use every day. Tying the two together, you'll develop and own the playbook - the documented, repeatable patterns for how a new system gets connected, how a tool gets built and shipped, and how both get supported afterwards - so that what you learn once becomes how the whole team works. The two halves feed each other: you'll understand what's possible because you built the plumbing, and you'll build better plumbing because you know what people actually do with it. What You'll Do Integrate the systems our business runs on - third-party providers, internal tools, our own SharePoint and Microsoft 365 tenant - into our existing Databricks environment, via APIs and existing connectors. Build data products on top of what you connect: well-modelled, documented, reusable datasets that the business consumes directly through Excel, dashboards and natural-language querying, rather than one-off extracts. Design and ship internal applications and AI-enabled tools - using Python, Streamlit, Databricks Apps (HTMX), Lakebase, FastAPI or similar - that put data and AI directly into the hands of fund management, asset management and finance teams. Prototype, evaluate and productionise new AI capability, from document AI and retrieval to agentic workflows, and turn the ideas that prove out into supported products rather than abandoned experiments. Take an adopt-first approach: work with Octopus Energy Group's data platform and AI teams to reuse capability that already exists, and configure it for OEGEN rather than building parallel versions of it. Set up practical guardrails inside Databricks and Unity Catalog - schema and workspace access, permissions, environment hygiene - so more teams can use it without stepping on each other. Bring cost management from reactive to proactive: tagging, budgets, alerting and usage monitoring, so Databricks and AI token spend can be attributed to the right team, project or fund before the invoice arrives. Get our AI usage properly credentialed and logged - managed keys and access rather than API keys sitting in individual password managers - and provide clean patterns for embedding AI into the tools we build. Standardise how we build and ship internal apps: shared templates, authentication, deployment and documentation, so a tool remains supportable by someone other than the person who wrote it. Consolidate the ad-hoc scripts, spreadsheets and no-code workflows we've accumulated into fewer, better-understood integrations that don't need babysitting, and automate the repetitive parts of our own workflow. Work directly with non-technical teams to understand their problems and translate them into things we can build. What You'll Need Strong systems integration experience - connecting business systems, SaaS tools and data sources via REST APIs, connectors and authentication flows. A track record of building and shipping data products or internal applications that people actually use, not just pipelines that feed someone else's reports. Solid Python and SQL, used daily for building, automation and data modelling. Hands-on experience with a cloud data platform in production (Databricks preferred): workspaces, catalogs, permissions and compute. Practical experience integrating AI into real tools - LLM APIs, retrieval, agents - with a clear-eyed sense of what works and what's still a demo. Practical identity and access experience - SSO, service accounts, credential management and access lifecycle - enough to make sensible, secure choices without a security team holding your hand. Experience with Microsoft 365 / SharePoint integration, or a comparable enterprise document and collaboration stack. Real experience keeping cloud or AI usage costs under control: you know what drives the bill and how to attribute and cap it. A pragmatist's instinct for adopting over building where infrastructure is concerned - you'd rather configure something that exists than write something new - paired with a bias toward shipping when it comes to solutions. Clear communication. You can explain a trade-off to a fund manager and hold your own in a technical review with a central engineering team. Comfort with real ownership in a small team, where you set the working patterns rather than inherit them. Bonus Points For Full-stack or application development experience, particularly with Streamlit, FastAPI or HTMX. Familiarity with the Databricks ecosystem - Unity Catalog, Databricks Apps, Lakebase, Genie - or equivalent tooling. Experience with vector search, embeddings, document AI or retrieval-augmented generation in production. Experience with Terraform, GitHub Actions or similar, to keep configuration version-controlled and repeatable. FinOps experience: usage monitoring, budgets, showback and chargeback. Having supported analysts and non-specialist builders using a shared data environment. Experience in a regulated or audited setting such as financial services, infrastructure investment or energy. Familiarity with renewable energy, infrastructure investment or financial services data. As an equal opportunity employer, we do not discriminate on the basis of any protected attribute. Our commitment is to provide equal opportunities, an inclusive work environment, and fairness for everyone. Join OneAdvanced This role owns the roadmap for OneAdvanced's own agentic toolchain, the tools, ways of working and systems moving product and engineering teams to frontier-level agentic development, and for Strawberry Moon, the product that has grown out of that internal capability and is now being taken to market. This role works directly with the team building the toolchain, translating internal adoption learnings into a roadmap that serves two audiences: OneAdvanced's own teams today, and external customers as Strawberry Moon is productised. This role is advertised as a Birmingham hybrid position. However, we are committed to supporting internal mobility and will consider applications from colleagues with existing alternative working arrangements on a case-by-case basis. What You Will Do Own the internal agentic build framework and toolchain roadmap. Own the Strawberry Moon roadmap as an externally marketed product, taking it from current implementation to market. Work directly with engineering, translating capability and internal usage learnings into product priorities. Define the ways of working, standards and quality gates internal teams adopt, and evolve them as the toolchain matures. Lead customer and market discovery for Strawberry Moon externally. Build the business case, commercial model and GTM sequencing for taking it to market. Define and track internal adoption and effectiveness metrics to prioritise the roadmap. Own GTM strategy and launch, partnering with marketing, sales and commercial teams. Act as the internal authority on agentic development practice. Define technical debt and platform investment priorities with engineering leadership, balancing internal needs against external readiness. What You Will Have Strong understanding of modern software delivery and the SDLC, including CI/CD, code review and quality gates, and how agentic development changes each stage. Practical familiarity with agentic coding tools and workflows, such as Claude Code or comparable environments, enough to credibly prioritise with engineering. Experience taking an internal tool to market as an external product, including the commercial, packaging and GTM thinking that requires. Strong developer experience sensibility: what makes tooling genuinely adopted, not mandated. Advanced understanding of AI-enabled and agentic development, and responsible AI considerations for tools that write and ship code. Solid SaaS commercial knowledge, including pricing and packaging, for launching a new product line. Strong stakeholder management across a deeply technical engineering conversation and a commercial, market-facing one. Please note, This vacancy will remain open until 25 August 2026. Interviews will be scheduled shortly after the closing date, so we encourage interested colleagues to submit their application as early as possible. All applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK at the time of application.
