What You'll Be Doing As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be an integral part of an established team, dedicated to delivering tailored talent solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll guide both clients and candidates through the entire hiring process, ensuring the right person is matched to the right role. Your key responsibilities will include: Building Relationships: Meeting with clients and candidates to establish and strengthen partnerships. Business Development: Networking and conducting business development to attract new opportunities from client companies.
