Residential Conveyancer Location: Chigwell Job Type: Full-time Salary: £30k - £50k We are seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancer to handle all types of New Build residential conveyancing, including Sales, Purchases, Re-mortgages, Redeeming help to buy loans, and Shared Ownership. This role requires managing a caseload from instruction through to completion, ensuring efficient progress in line with client expectations. Day-to-day of the role: Manage a caseload of residential and new build transactions from instruction through to completion. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and related documents, providing tailored legal advice to each client. Conduct title checks, searches, and due diligence to identify risks and ensure compliance with property law and regulatory requirements. Liaise and negotiate with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, solicitors, local authorities, and other stakeholders to progress matters smoothly.
