This unique programme offers young people a chance to get involved with heritage restoration projects, transforming how they understand and experience the world around them. Founded by charity Heritage of London Trust and now in its fourth year, Proud Places has involved over 8,500 young people from alternative provision schools, young refugees & youth groups as well as mainstream primary and secondary schools. Through tailored visits to Heritage of London Trust projects and creative workshops, children develop fresh eyes on their local area and new skills. Proud Prospects, our careers' development strand, offers interview and presentation practice. The programme has had incredible impact on lives and opportunities with 100% of teachers or youth leaders seeing improvement in young people's wellbeing. We now need more inspirational community and youth leaders to join our team. As Proud Places Project Co-ordinator you will help develop the breadth and depth of the programme's impact. You will lead on data collection and play a key role in monitoring, evaluation and impact measurement. You will manage outreach to schools and groups and where possible accompany Proud Places visits. You will be our key liaison with external stakeholders, ensuring the smooth running of the programme and scheduling visits including arranging timings, transport and logistics. From 2026 you will also coordinate workshops at a dedicated Proud Places hub in the City.
