You will start off being 90% new business focused, but every client you win, you will keep, and therefore your role will quickly turn into more of a balance of new business and account management. Networking and client hospitality will also be an important part of the role. Business Development Executive - Recruitment Consultant - Candidate Requirements: The ideal candidate for this role will have: 1yr Telesales, lead generation or BD sales experience in a commission-based role Longevity in current roles and previous positions Good written and verbal communication skills A go-getter, resilient character 2:1 degree preferred but not essential A good sales track record, i.e. top sales person of the month etc.. A passion for success and growing and developing skills Business Development Executive - Recruitment Consultant - The Package: For this position, the package includes: Basic salary between £25k - £30k DOE Uncapped commission Commission up to 30% Individual AND team commission (do half a job and get paid for all of it in an ideal scenario!)
