Branch Manager We are looking for a Branch Manager to inspire the next generation of consultants, resourcers and administrators. We are into our 16th year of trading and have built up a reputation with hundreds of schools. We are regarded as one of the most established names in Education Recruitment industry at present. As a Branch Manager, we are looking for someone who can grow with the brand, develop people, customer service skills, forecast and someone who understands HR as the person might have to advise staff when needed. Finer Details We are based in Harrow On The Hill, the person will need to be at management or team leader level. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, wants to bring their personality, experience and motivation to an existing team of 12 very good members of staff and grow. Work with them; motivate, influence and pass on your expertise and recruitment industry knowledge. As this is Education recruitment, those with aggressive sales mentalities may not be right. It s one of those markets where relationships matter. Delivery matters, and long-term candidate/client retention is the mark of a good team.
