The Discipline Lead HVDC Interconnectors will be responsible for all resourcing, training, team development, all project and technical aspects of HVDC Interconnector tenders and projects, ensuring that all engineering and technical requirements are met. This role requires an appreciation of HVDC plant and equipment, subsea cable systems design and installation, emerging technology, strong leadership skills, the ability to manage technical team and complex projects together with the management of technical budgets, schedule and resources effectively.
