EMEA Learning Architect Length: Initially 6 months Rate: 427 per day Location: Central London Status: Inside IR35 Hours: 35 hours per week Working Pattern: Hybrid - 3 days in the London office, 2 days remote Client: A leading global software and digital technology company Key Responsibilities Design tailored, role-based learning journeys using instructor-led training, certifications, on-demand learning and cohort-based programmes Assess customer goals, user roles, workflows and skills gaps to identify learning and enablement requirements Develop learning strategies that support product adoption, implementation milestones and successful use-case delivery Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them maximise the value of their learning and technology investment Work closely with Customer Success Managers, Consulting teams and Delivery Managers to align training with wider delivery plans Use data and customer insights to identify risks, improve engagement and recommend appropriate interventions Engage confidently with senior stakeholders and translate technical requirements into clear, business-focused language Participate in customer meetings and business reviews to demonstrate progress and identify future learning requirements Provide structured feedback to curriculum, content and delivery teams to support continuous improvement Essential Experience Strong experience designing learning strategies, learning journeys or enablement programmes within a technology-led environment Customer-facing experience within consulting, professional services, customer success or delivery Experience supporting technology adoption, organisational change or customer enablement Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior customer stakeholders Ability to translate technical concepts and requirements into clear, non-technical language Analytical and data-driven approach to measuring engagement, readiness and adoption Functional knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions or comparable enterprise cloud technology Experience working across multiple teams including consulting, customer success, delivery and training functions Desirable Background Previous experience working for, or supporting customers of, major technology organisations such as Adobe, Microsoft, Google or similar Experience within a professional services or technology consulting environment Experience working in a fast-paced organisation where technology adoption and customer value are key success measures Knowledge of enterprise learning platforms, certifications, instructor-led learning or on-demand learning programmes Important Information Candidates must be UK-based with the right to work in the UK The role requires 3 days per week in the Central London office and 2 days remote There will be a two-stage interview process A full job description will be shared with successful applicants who progress through the initial application stage Salt Contact: (url removed) Rates depend on experience and client requirements
