The young people within our college range between 16 and 25 years of age. Our college consists of our main college building, four cottages and five apartments within our 9 acre rural campus located in Dilston, Northumberland. We even have a castle on site! The Role The Team Leader role will have a responsibility to care for the young people at Dilston College, whilst also managing staff for an identified cluster (accommodation and young people within the accommodation). The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day operation of the cluster as outlined below.
