We are looking fora self-motivated and enthusiastic physicist with a few years of experience and a good background in Quality Assurance, optimisation and radiation protection/safety, to work within the Radiological Sciences Unit (RSU) at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. The successful candidate will join a friendly and dynamic team delivering scientific and technical support and radiation safety services to the Trust and a number of external organisations. The post holder is expected to be a registered HCPC clinical scientist who will play a key role in procurement, acceptance, commissioning, optimisation and routine quality assurance of x-ray diagnostic equipment. They will provide Medical Physics Expert support in Diagnostic Radiology and contribute to the development and optimisation of examination protocols, providing compliance with Ionising Radiation (Medical Exposure) Regulations legislation.
