About the Role As a Cover Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in keeping learning consistent and engaging when teachers are unavailable. Working closely with teachers and support staff, you'll build strong, trusting relationships with students, helping them feel safe, valued, and ready to learn - even on the days when routines change.
