The successful Nursery Practitioner will have: • A Level 3 (or Level 2 with strong experience) qualification in Childcare or Early Years • A warm, patient and nurturing personality • A solid understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) • A valid Paediatric First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain one) • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents • A clear understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures What We re Looking For: • Proven experience working with children aged 0 5 in a nursery or early years setting • A genuine passion for early years education and supporting children s individual needs • A proactive, flexible and can-do attitude • Commitment to providing a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment for all children If you re a passionate Nursery Practitioner looking to take the next step in your career in a supportive nursery, we d love to hear from you!
