Your attention to detail will help support excellent service delivery, informed decision-making and compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements. Other key responsibilities include managing and investigating tenancy issues such as anti-social behaviour, condition of property, fly tipping or safeguarding concerns. You will also undertake new tenancy sign-ups and accompanied viewings for new homes. What are some things that we need from you? You will have experience of working in the social housing sector, particularly with a background of dealing with tenancy management, ASB and safeguarding. This will be a role well suited to someone with experience of working closely with customers to tackle complex issues. You will be proactive in your approach, organised and have the ability prioritise your time to meet timeframes. Experience of working with different housing management systems with an organised and methodical approach to your work. You will have excellent communication skills and a customer focused approach, understanding the importance of delivering a high standard of service. This role involves regular travel.Adriving licence and use of your own vehicle or alternative means of getting to the required locations is essential. Due to the travel required around the patch, the candidate will ideally be based in Skegness/East Lincolnshire. This role will require a basic DBS check. What are some of our great benefits?
