Key Responsibilities Lead, coach and support a team of Gas Install Engineers Manage the delivery ofgas installations Oversee boarding, surveying and installation activities Conduct regular site visits and quality inspections Check and sign off completed installation works Ensure all works are carried out safely and in line with current regulations Deliver toolbox talks and promote a strong health and safety culture Support engineers with technical guidance and problem solving Monitor productivity, quality and customer satisfaction Manage resources effectively to maximise operational efficiency Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Ensure compliance, audits and inspections are completed accurately Manage escalations and resolve operational issues professionallyDrive continuous improvement and best practice across the team What We Need From You Essential Current ACS qualifications including: CCN1 HTR1 CKR1 CENWAT Relevant Minor Works qualification/certification required for boiler installations Full UK Driving Licence Strong technical knowledge of domestic gas installations and maintenance Good IT and system skills Excellent understanding of health & safety and compliance requirements Strong communication and organisational skills Experience We welcome applications from: Experienced Gas Supervisors or Technical Team Leaders, or Experienced Gas Engineers looking to take the next step into leadership Previous experience within domestic gas installations, social housing, repairs and maintenance environments would be highly advantageous.
