About the role: * Negotiation and purchasing of technical components or products, including electronics * Inventory and shipping documentation management * Forecasting and management of lead times across the product portfolio * Phase in/phase out management * Management of relevant duty-free tenders * Own, manage, and improve procurement systems as growth allows (BOM Management) * Identify challenges and opportunities in regards to bottlenecks, lead time, inventory shortages, planning efficiency, and any other issues. * Seek to improve planning best practice through understanding of key planning systems and processes. * Deliver accurate and transparent feedback to all stakeholders on forecasts, inventory shortages, and planned deliveries dates. * Collaborate with the Global Supply Chain Team to develop top level analysis, market trends and future project strategies. * Develop close working relationships with the Operations team to ensure production schedules are completed within the required timeframe. * Arrange product shipments to customers inline with the production schedule. * Contribute to new launch planning in order to execute plans to deliver customer expectations on time. About you: * Experience and strong working knowledge of Supply Chain Systems & Processes * Experience in collaborating key stakeholders in supply chain, manufacturing, operations, and commercial situations * Degree in Business Management or related field is preferable but not essential * Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint * Ability to understand and analyse highly complex material * Strong communication skills - at customer and supplier level * Good organisation and prioritisation skills. * A professional demeanor in regards to time management and use of company facilities. * Able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders in a professional, accurate and transparent manner. * Willing to contribute to a safe, supportive and enthusiastic team culture.
