Ensure troubleshooting is conducted and documented before escalating incidents. Maintain backup of electronic data. Ensure compliance with security requirements and implement robust processes. Manage a development group to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of technical usage. Identify and address barriers to staff development and project progression. Make recommendations on appropriate systems to meet strategic objectives in consultation with senior leadership. Determine the most appropriate technology solutions and investments.
