Job Title HR Resourcing Specialist Consultant Location Sandwell, Hybrid Hours Full time HancoxRead Recruitment are currently recruiting for HR Resourcing Specialist on behalf of our client. You will be joining a new team which is in the process of being formed. You will work on a high profile project and support with the creation of a new ICT support area for Oracle Fusion, which is currently being implemented. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: The role of the Resourcing specialist is to support with the recruitment including but not limited to advertising roles, shortlisting and interviewing, working alongside agencies (where required), benchmarking, attending careers fairs and providing innovative solutions to attract and appoint to these posts. This role will work closely with the HR consultant for this project and the newly appointed head of this area alongside other HR colleagues and wider stakeholders.
