Main duties of the job Successful applicants will take part in the general on-call rota at Torbay and as such obstetric and paediatric anaesthetic skills are essential. Our on-call commitment has evolved to provide the highest quality consultant-delivered service whilst supporting a healthy work-life balance. General anaesthetists contribute to a 1 in 20 non-resident on call rota. You will provide high quality consultant delivered care to all patients and provide clinical leadership and supervision to junior medical staff.
