Logging daily hours and activities for weekly submission. Raise and monitor non-conformances in relation to FAI, may contribute to root cause analysis and corrective action. Collaboration and Communication : Work closely with quality peers, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to address quality concerns. Support daily management of FAI progress, providing escalation where necessary to meet production deliverables. Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities to improve FAI processes & any concerns regarding compliance to FAI requirements. Skills Required Technical Proficiency : Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, and technical specifications. Skilled in the use of precision measurement tools. Proficient in GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing). Attention to Detail : Strong ability to identify defects and non-conformances. Meticulous documentation and record-keeping skills. Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to analyse and resolve quality issues effectively. Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action processes. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers. Certifications ASQ Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) or equivalent, preferred. Training in AS9102 FAI documentation.
