Key Responsibilities: • Assisting the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons across various subjects and year groups. • Providing one-on-one support to students who require additional help with their learning. • Monitoring students progress regularly. • Building positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a collaborative approach to education. • Assisting with the preparation and organization of teaching materials and resources. - Supporting students with special educational needs or disabilities to access the curriculum and participate fully in school life. • Supporting the teacher in assessing student progress and providing feedback on their achievements. • Providing one-on-one support to students who require additional help with their learning Requirements: • Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role (preferred but not essential). • Some Knowledge of SEN Needs (Preferred but not essential) • A passion for education and a desire to make a positive difference in the lives of young learners. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students. • Flexibility and adaptability to work in different classroom settings and with students of varying abilities. • Willingness to undergo relevant training and professional development as required.
