The inventory technician will be responsible for the processing, branding, and barcoding of all new equipment coming in to the business and other inventory related tasks. Inventory Technician Key Responsibilities: Unloading and unpacking of all new deliveries to the receiving warehouse. Counting of new stock as it arrives and matching this against the received paperwork, highlighting any discrepancies to the QC Co-Ordinator. Cleaning of all new stock for branding/barcode placement Ensuring the highest of standards are kept when placing correct branding, barcodes and RFID tags on equipment as specified on the system. Engraving barcodes on to equipment required. Accurately recording all serial numbers in the system Compiling and inputting all relevant information to ensure a complete and accurate inventory as required. Accurately recording and transferring of equipment to multiple locations and where required able to keep multiple items of stock segregated to ensure correct shipments. Inventory Technician Key Skills: Be able and willing to travel to international locations on short notice to aid in the setting up of new facilities. Teaching local teams how to carry out the cleaning/branding/barcoding and engraving of all new and existing equipment and support them Supporting team members and supervisors with queries on the system and being able to work with a diverse group of colleagues efficiently. Driven to achieve and maintain the highest quality and service standards Must be IT literate with the ability to learn in house asset management systems. Detail orientated Demonstrating a positive approach to the company whilst reacting to the high demands of the business. Adaptable and willingness to learn new systems, procedures, and stock lines.
