As part of your role youwill work closely with the Head of Education who owns the learning and development strategy, in addition to the other Heads of Department and the Executive team. Through your role, you will need to inspire teams, set clear expectations, and work collaboratively with other stakeholders to drive forward the organisation's vision. Main Responsibilities Ensuring a culture of excellence, high standards and continuous improvement within the People function and across the company, embodying our behaviours and values; Lead the development and implementation of our people engagement/retention and talent attraction strategies Lead on the management of regulatory people risk including but not limited to NMW legislation, statutory leaver, safer recruitment and effective employee relations case management Lead on the development and regular review of all HR specific nursery policies and procedures.
