M&E Estimating Manager Are you an experienced M&E Estimator ready to take full ownership of an estimating function and influence tendering strategy at a senior level? We are working with a well-established building services contractor delivering mechanical and electrical projects across a diverse construction portfolio. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a technically strong and commercially astute Estimating Manager to lead their M&E estimating department. IFSE are looking for the successful candidate to create a systemised process for pricing of works and management of costings. The cost breakdown for the client presentation will be prepared in a detailed and professional manner. The candidate will also collaborate closely with the team to co-ordinate and assist with the programming/scheduling of elements of the project to ensure a successful contract delivery. Whilst home location is not a major factor for this role, applicants should be aware this is a country wide role. Willingness to travel as required to customer sites is an essential part of the role. The successful applicant will be required to fully review tender enquiry packs and determine the scope and requirements for tender returns.
