Behavioural Support Implementing behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive and productive classroom atmosphere Supporting students in their development of social skills and behaviour Individual Student Support Providing additional 1:1 assistance to pupils who may require extra support Offering encouragement and guidance to students with Additional Needs. Work with students with additional needs and contribute to the development and implementation of individualised education plans. Communication The ability to communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and pupils regarding day-to-day classroom activities and the progress of pupils.
