This is a client facing role and comes with a high degree of autonomy - perfect for a surveyor looking to progress their career! Day to day you will be responsible for the identification, negotiation and management of sales of surplus land as well as managing new leases, renewals, surrenders and rent reviews. You will undertake a range of professional works on the portfolios you oversee including both transactional and retained management, valuations, land appraisals and reports, and you will have to prepare and present monthly reports to your clients. What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful, you will need knowledge and experience of working on commercial and rural portfolios and working with both landlords & tenants, managing Service Charges, Leases and property management databases. You will need a car and a clean driver's licence. Ideally you will be a chartered surveyor (MRICS) or equivalent.
