About the Projects The successful candidate will be working across a programme of social housing refurbishment and improvement projects in Coventry. The works will involve refurbishment and planned improvement activity within occupied and/or existing residential properties, meaning previous experience of working within housing, refurbishment, maintenance, responsive/planned works or a similar environment would be highly advantageous. You will need to understand the additional commercial considerations associated with refurbishment projects, including variations, unforeseen works, subcontractor management, programme changes and working within existing properties.
