We are currently looking to appoint a *Residential Manager* to assume overall responsibility for all aspects of the house supported by the Assistant Manager and Senior Practitioner/s. As the *Registered Manager*, you will ensure the effective and efficient running of the service, including ensuring staff engagement, development and performance in their contribution to delivery of the service. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will ensure a high standard of practice in line with internal and external expectations, standards and legislation, of which you should have a sound knowledge. *Essential: * · Managerial experience, supporting young people and staff in a residential environment. · Ideally you should possess or be working towards a Diploma in Social Work or equivalent · SVQ Level 4 in Social Care plus any management qualification at SCQF level 8 or above · HNC In Social Care · The post holder will be required to register and maintain an appropriate registration with the Scottish Social Services Council. *Company Values: * We aim to function as one coherent residential childcare system with consistent policies, practices, procedures and management across all of our homes.
