Salary: £11.50 p/hr Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hrs per week, however, we can be flexible Contract: 6 months FTC Your duties: To assist in carrying out all Administration Processes Accurately file manually and electronically as per business policy and procedures Ensuring operational paperwork is to corporate standards Updating Mitie interfacing web portal on a daily basis. Update internal and external databases and administration systems as required. Responsibility for capturing all Agency time records Support Line Manager in payroll processes To analyse reports and action where necessary Understand and observe MITIE and Client site rules at all times To observe all Company and Client statutory fire and safety regulations and to promote good safety habits and methods of work. To deal with any complaints that fall within the job holder's duties and report these immediately to the Cleaning Supervisor/ Site Manager. To undertake any other related duties which are within the job holder's capability, according to the needs of the business and as directed by the Line Manager. Qualifications Experience in a similar role preferred but not necessary, we will provide you with comprehensive training to fully equip you with the knowledge and skills to succeed Administration experience essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Relevant experience of Microsoft packages - must have good working knowledge of Excel Excellent data entry skills Must have can-do attitude and flexible approach to the role Ability to manage own time and prioritise workload Relationship building skills - in particular to be a self-starter willing to take the initiative when necessary and excellent ability to work well within a team structure, and support and guide team members as required Ability to work on own initiative to a high level of accuracy and to meet deadlines Ability to generate, develop and present ideas and suggestions for improvements in order to achieve more effective working practises Attention to details Well presented, professional appearance and attitude with a positive and professional approach Excellent time keeping skills and strong planning and organisational ability Excellent written and spoken communication skills Discretion in dealing with confidential information You will be required to complete the basic disclosure (DBS check) in line with the Contract requirements, we will arrange this for you.
