Duties Attend site when required to undertake surveys and inspections, prepare structural reports including but not limited to condition, conversion and feasibility. Have the ability to design structural members in steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, and timber. Work well autonomously and manage own workload including working to deadlines, budgets, and programmes. Communicate effectively and efficiently with internal/external professionals and clients. Possess a sound understanding of both UK Building Regulations, British Standards, and Eurocodes.
