Reporting to and working closely with our Chief People Officer, this is a broad, influential role combining senior People partnering with Employee Relations, organisational change and leadership of People Operations. We need someone comfortable moving between strategy and delivery. You might be challenging a leader on organisational design, navigating a complex ER situation, supporting acquisition integration or working out how we make our People operations simpler and more scalable. Use People data and tools such as Ravio to generate insight and inform reward, workforce and organisational decisions. What we're looking for You're likely an experienced Senior People Partner, HRBP or Head of People who has operated in a scaling, commercially demanding business. More importantly, you'll bring: Significant experience partnering with and constructively challenging senior leaders. Excellent UK employment law and complex ER expertise. Strong international People experience, ideally across Europe and EOR arrangements; US and/or South African experience would be a bonus. Experience of M&A, integration or significant organisational transformation. Strong organisational design, workforce planning and change capability.
