One of my Local Authority clients in the North West is looking for an interim Project/Building Surveyor on a 9 month contract. The Council adopt a hybrid working model of 2-3 days on site and the rest working from home. Requirements: -Surveying commercial property which mainly includes educational build following a condition survey to write specifications. -Take Projects from brief to handover ensuring that Projects are delivered throughout the Contract. -Ideally experience with AutoCAD -Local Authority experience is desired but not mandatory to be considered for the role. -You will be required to work on site carrying out the Surveys 2-3 days per week. -Management own diaries and be able to work with different landlords and teams.
