Based in Chelsea, you'll work across high-end residential schemes in West London, developing your understanding of both pre-construction and project delivery. You'll receive support from the Head of Commercial while taking increasing responsibility for your own work. Your duties will include: Assisting with estimates, quantity take-offs and tender submissions. Reviewing drawings, specifications and subcontractor quotations. Supporting subcontractor procurement, tender comparisons and order placement. Preparing valuations, assessing variations and managing subcontractor accounts.
