Position overview Do you have a knack for customer service, both face to face or over the phone, an eye for detail and the ability to successfully collaborate with others? Our trade counters team, based in Bristol, support a range of external customers with the supply of parts and systems, dispatching orders and dealing with queries, in person, over the phone and via email. What you will do The Trade Counter Sales Assistant is responsible to provide best customer experience. As a Sales Assistant you will be the first point of contact for our customers. As part of this small team, the main responsibilities will include processing sales orders / returns, providing quotations, to offering technical advice to customers, to picking orders in the warehouse. The work is split between the face-to-face work, the phone / email, and warehouse so you need to be comfortable with all sorts of communication and enviroments. This needs someone with a confident and capable attitude who is as comfortable with contacting suppliers, order chasing and updating customers as well a smoving boxes as required. Lastly this is a small collaborative and supportive team.
