Actively adhering to and promoting the highest level of customer service standards Manage a team of subject matter experts, ensuring regular communication and the timely implementation of recommend updates to the learning content Evaluate the technical content and functionality of both existing support initiatives and those in development, incorporating user feedback and guidance from subject matter experts to enhance the student experience Support current and future learning support initiative design to maintain student engagement, interest, completion and exam success performance Support the internal content team to develop new initiatives and manage updates, providing timelines to ensure deadlines are met Line management responsibility for the Digital Learning Lead in managing the ongoing operations of the learning initiatives Support the Head of Learning in strategy design and implementation Assume budgetary responsibility for costs associated with the work of the subject matter experts, ensuring data is submitted on a timely basis and reviewed quarterly Lead quarterly team updates with both internal and external stakeholders. The Person A professional accountancy qualification holder with relevant work experience in the professional education industry, ideally with international exposure A strong understanding of professional education, preferably in accountancy and a strong technical understanding of ACCA's qualifications Successful prior experience of working in an accountancy teaching role and/or content development role, preferably ACCA courses. A track record of delivering high quality teaching and learning content and successful learning outcomes Excellent and demonstrable track record in agile development of best-in-class digital learning experiences underpinned with commercial and business acumen Experience in leading and motivating people; an interest in developing people whilst managing performance; comfortable achieving results through others - a collaborative team player Experience of cross-functional working and demonstrate good influencing and negotiating skills Experience of formulating strategy and developing and improving structures and processes to enable delivery of the strategy.
