Role Overview You will manage end-to-end SEO strategies across multiple client accounts, covering technical, on-site, off-site and local SEO. You will work closely with other SEO specialists, content writers, developers and the wider digital team to improve organic visibility, traffic and performance. Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day SEO campaigns for multiple client accounts • Develop and implement SEO strategies aligned with client goals and KPIs • Conduct keyword research and optimise site content, metadata, URLs and internal linking • Perform technical SEO audits and implement improvements including site speed, crawl issues, schema and mobile optimisation • Plan and execute link-building strategies using white-hat techniques • Manage and optimise local SEO including Google Business Profiles and citations • Track and analyse performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager • Produce clear reporting and actionable insights for clients and internal teams • Create and optimise SEO-driven content including blogs and landing pages • Identify and resolve SEO performance issues using data-driven analysis • Mentor and support junior SEO team members • Identify new growth opportunities including emerging platforms, AI-driven SEO and evolving search behaviour • Collaborate with PPC, content, design and development teams to ensure SEO best practice is embedded Essential Skills and Experience • Minimum 2 years SEO experience within a digital agency environment • Proven experience managing SEO for multiple clients • Strong understanding of technical, on-page, off-page and content SEO • Experience running strategic link-building campaigns • Confident using Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager • Experience with tools such as Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog or similar • Strong analytical and competitor analysis skills • Understanding of technical website and server-side improvements • Ability to advise on SEO-led content strategy • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Proactive, organised and commercially aware What s On Offer • Hybrid Working / Flexible working hours • Clear career progression and development opportunities • Monthly team lunches and regular social events • Internal and external training days • A supportive and collaborative working environment

Buyer Plymouth Maritime £40,000 An innovative Plymouth-based maritime engineering SME is seeking a commercially driven Buyer to support project-led programmes. This role combines procurement with broader supply chain responsibility. You will ensure materials and specialist components are sourced and delivered in line with programme schedules, while helping drive supplier performance and operational efficiency. This is not a transactional purchasing role. You will have real ownership and visibility across operations. Key Responsibilities • Convert Purchase Requisitions into Purchase Orders and manage through to delivery • Prepare and evaluate RFQs, recommending preferred suppliers • Negotiate commercial terms and support contractual flow-down requirements • Manage order book performance to meet project milestones • Identify and mitigate critical path supply risks • Monitor supplier performance (OTIF, quality, lead-times) • Maintain ERP/MRP data accuracy • Support strategic sourcing and tender activity About You • Experience supporting project-based delivery environments • Strong Excel skills and ERP/MRP familiarity (IFS desirable) • Commercially aware with good negotiation capability • Detail-oriented with strong stakeholder communication skills • CIPS desirable but not essential

This is a hands-on role covering the full project lifecycle from concept design through to manufacture, testing, and operational deployment. You ll join a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team of mechanical, electrical, and software engineers building bespoke systems that operate in some of the most demanding environments. You ll play a key role in the design, development, and programming of PLC-based control systems, integrating with motors, actuators, sensors, and communication networks to deliver high-performance, reliable solutions. Key Requirements • Degree qualified in Electrical, Robotics, or a related discipline • Minimum of 3 years experience designing and programming PLC control systems • Proven ability to fault-find, optimise, and document PLC systems • Experience with industrial communication protocols such as CAN, EtherCAT, or Modbus • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills • Eligible to live and work in the UK and capable of achieving SC-level security clearance Desirable Experience in marine or subsea projects, working with Wago or KEB systems, or using structured text programming. Prior experience leading small teams or managing technical projects would be advantageous.
