Being a General Manager Reporting to your Regional Operations Manager, you will assume full responsibility for the delivery of operational excellence in your restaurant. This will include: Full accountability for the effective delivery of people, guest experience, sales, profit, operational standards, Health & Safety and running FOH / BOH operations Ensuring that TGI Friday's standards are maintained,and the store performance delivers budget and growth through a People First, Guest Obsessed, Operational Excellence Strategy Leading by example and being a cultural ambassador for TGI Fridays About You To be successful you will need to demonstrate the following: Solid experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leading and delivering.
