EA BR-1300 EA to CEO at successful asset manager in the West End - £55,000 - 9 month maternity cover Enthusiastic and capable EA required to support a busy CEO of this successful asset management company, based in the West End (close to Covent Garden). The CEO is an experienced, likeable finance professional who needs an EA who cares about his time and will look after his interests as well as trying to stay one step ahead to ensure that each day runs smoothly. This is a 1:1 role supporting with inbox and diary management - the right EA will be quick, thorough and accurate as you will need to keep up with the CEO's busy day and changing priorities. The role will involve booking domestic and international travel, arranging visas, preparing your boss for meetings, taking minutes, creating presentations, as well as supporting with some personal duties for the CEO and his family. The EA will work in a firm of successful asset managers (60 people in London) with a growing portfolio and a focus on real estate / property across the UK; this is a PLC with lots of scope for the right EA to get involved across the business. 9 month maternity cover FTC to start in May, with a good handover from the current EA. Hours are 9am - 5:30pm - this is primarily an office-based role with some flexibility to WFH when the CEO is travelling. £55,000 plus good pension - plus you will be eligible for a completion bonus at the end of the FTC.

Operations - Tech Operations role for tech / consulting firm: £50 - 60,000 plus benefits / hybrid role A busy and varied role to join the Operations team of a tech business whose software / consulting work spans FMCG, ecommerce, charities, public sector contracts and household names. This is a responsible role in which you will have visibility and reach across colleagues within the company, their client businesses and their network of tech consultants globally. The role will suit a candidate who has a least 3 years' Operations experience and who is very tech minded with an interest in building these skills. You will be involved in: Being a friendly and knowledgeable face for colleagues and suppliers alike Operational processes such as contracts and legislation Creating and improving workflows for all projects to include staffing Onboarding new clients and joiners (consultants and team members) alongside the People team Ensuring that consultants have correct checks and accreditations in place ahead of joining client project teams Operational management of the company's business risk management e.g. IR35, data protection, GDPR, ISO accreditations, etc. Data work including timesheets, systems and company-wide reporting Your Operations work will support across the wider company and feed into project success, client satisfaction and brand reputation. The right candidate will work closely with the COO; a background in an HQ Operations role ideally in technology and / or the consulting sector would be ideal. You will need the ability to work under pressure and be able to juggle multiple demands from both internal colleagues and external stakeholders. This is a close-knit Operations team of 5 within a very well-regarded firm. Excellent IT skills including APIs are really key as well as the desire to continue learning in this area as well as strong influencing / people skills as well as fantastic communication at all levels. EA / Operations Exciting opportunity to join successful, boutique wealth management firm based in the city in an EA / Operations role. The role will be split between EA duties (15%) and Operations / Team Management (85%) working in support of a hardworking and professional team of 40. The majority of your role will focus on team support / operations and you will be responsible for managing a team of 5 support staff - overseeing and delegating work, 1-to-1s, appraisals and working together to improve processes. You will work closely with the senior team on companywide projects plus act as the point of contact for some external suppliers, as well as overseeing monthly / quarterly reporting for clients. You will provide light EA support to the CEO and COO by liaising with HNW / UHWN clients, organising Board meetings and taking minutes. This role would suit a candidate who has at least 5 years' experience within wealth management / financial services who has managed a team previously and is confident liaising at all levels across the business - you will be the go-to person for your executives and the team and will be highly trusted by your colleagues. The role will be fully office-based for probation (6 months) with the option to work from home once a week beyond that. Your role will combine overseeing and mentoring a small administration / PA / support team as well as assisting investment managers with their UHNW client work (e.g. onboarding clients, KYC, transactions, etc). A background in boutique investment management / private banking / HNW or family office will be essential as well as experience with line management of a team - to include creating workflows, monitoring and reporting.
