What you'll be doing You'll lead our Business Development team while taking ownership of our growth strategy and AI services proposition. Initially, this is a hands-on role. You'll work closely with prospective clients to understand their challenges and show them how technology, cybersecurity and AI can help them achieve their goals. You'll also play a key role in shaping how we go to market, developing partnerships, refining our sales processes and helping us build a modern commercial function for the future. You've led sales teams before, but you're still happy rolling your sleeves up and getting involved when it matters. You know how to have commercial conversations with business leaders and can help customers see the value in something new, even when there isn't already a budget allocated for it. You're comfortable working without a perfectly defined playbook and enjoy finding better ways of doing things. Most importantly, you're curious, adaptable and excited by the potential of AI and emerging technologies. Client Acquisition Executive - Maidstone- £26k-£29k plus commission Fantastic opportunity for a sales executive based in Kent, working within a highly successful busy sales team We are looking for a sales executive for a key client of ours to help support and open new accounts for the business and support the growth and development of the wider sales team and commercial department. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for a personal target as well as helping drive the team forward to hit our commercial objectives. Your day-to-day duties will include: Identify new clients through cold calls via phone, email, social media, networking, and referrals. Assist and support on tailored outreach for the execution of new acquisition campaigns. Establish relationships with key decision-makers. Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients, ensuring a positive experience. Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align key campaign strategies. Provide detailed feedback on outreach campaigns and client interactions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for campaign performance, track leads, and manage acquisition tools and platforms.
