What you'll do Check and review pensions calculations and processes Support complex and high-value casework Coach and mentor colleagues to drive quality Manage workloads and meet KPIs and deadlines Handle and escalate complaints, completing root cause analysis Share knowledge and contribute to strong team communication What we're looking for DB and/or DC pensions administration experience Strong accuracy, numeracy and manual calculation skills Experience coaching or quality-checking others' work Confident communicator with solid IT skills Able to manage complex queries and work under pressure Please quote reference 122337.
