Within this role you will manage the delivery of the design and construction of Pipeline diversion schemes requiring trenchless crossings of third party owned assets. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities: The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering pipeline diversions that are impacted by the presence of third party owned infrastructure. Initially, this is primarily to be focused on schemes involving Network Rail owned assets. The Project Manager will be responsible for driving the timely and submission of accurate documentation for consent from the relevant asset owner. Through working within the wider Team, the Project Manager will be responsible: for generating Scopes of Work; Tendering Projects; Managing Designs and associated queries; Procuring Long Lead Materials; coordinating and agreeing consent for crossing Third Party owned Assets; managing delivery against Programme and Budget; coordinating Commissioning; and collating As-Built Record Packages The Project Manager will be responsible for providing accurate programme and cost updates to colleagues to allow for the accurate forecasting of resources across the wider business. The Quantity Surveyor role will be full time and due to COVID guidance will involve a mixture of both home, office and depot working. Any required office working shall be from our offices at Thorpe Park, Leeds. The Quantity Surveyor will also be expected to travel to Cumbria (Carlisle) and North Tyne (Newcastle) depots on a weekly basis. There will also be a requirement to visit the site works as and when the need arises.
